Project Concept
The project involves the complete renovation and repositioning of the historic Albergo Pensione Corecco, originally built in the late 19th century during the post-Gotthard railway tourism boom.
The new concept transforms the property into a contemporary alpine wellness retreat, merging heritage architecture with modern design.
